Meet the Ambassador 2023
An opportunity for company representatives to have 1:1 meetings with Heads of Mission
Traditionally, the FPS Foreign Affairs organizes, during the Diplomatic Contact Days, "Meet the Ambassador", an event during which company representatives get the opportunity to meet with several Heads of Mission to discuss specific matters related to their jurisdiction.
Invited company representatives can request 1:1 meetings with up to 6 Heads of Mission. Each meeting will last 15 minutes.
When?

How to register?
Invited company representatives can register through the link in the invitation. They will have to create an account on the B2Match platform, which is used to organize the meetings.
How to book meetings?
After registering on the platform, participants can request meetings through the platform. Meeting requests should be made before 15 October. Requesting a meeting does not guarantee the meeting. After the deadline for introducing meeting requests, the FPS Foreign Affairs will confirm to each participant which meetings can take place (depending on availability) and at what time.
