Meet the Ambassador 2023 - Matchmaking events - How it works ?
Company representatives can book 1:1 meetings with up to 6 Heads of Mission. Each meeting will last only 15 minutes. To book meetings, participants need to register on the dedicated platform. The confirmation of the meetings and the schedule will be shared with participants when the registration period is over. Each participant will receive a personalized schedule.
1) Registration
Register via the Register button.
2) Complete your business profile
Create a clear and concise business profile on the b2match platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, who you represent, what you offer, and who you want to meet.
3) Browse profiles of attendees
Go to the participants list to find out the Heads of Mission with whom you can request a meeting.
4) Send & receive meeting requests
Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. Be aware that requesting a meeting does not guarantee the meeting. Meetings will be confirmed when the booking period is over.
5) Matchmaking Event
Meetings will only be confirmed once the booking period has run out.
You can access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings.
